Purchase OxiClean Unit Dose 24CT and receive up to $10.00 to cover the cost of the product, plus taxes, by mail.
There is a a limit of one refund per individual, family, or household. Follow the instructions to receive your refund. You will need to complete the Official Refund Form, original dated cash register receipt with the purchase price circled and the UPC handwritten on the receipt.
Purchases must be made between September 19th, 2015 and October 19th, 2015. All requests for refunds should be received on or before November 19th, 2015.
